You may have experienced a System Check and it said one or more of the software requirements did not pass the standard needed for optimal service. Although in some circumstances you may not need to upgrade, it is highly recommended and InstaCare will only support these minimal requirements listed below.   • Q: What if I forget my login and password?
  • A: If you forget your password, the login page provides a link where it will send you the information by email. This is because the email address you signed up with is your login. However, if you cannot remember what email was used to create your login, you will have to call 877-225-8596.
  • Q: Why does InstaCare™ only support Internet Explorer (versions 7 and 8) and Mozilla Firefox 3 or higher?
  • A: These are tried and true Internet Browsers that will handle our product well. To update your browser, visit the Firefox or Internet Explorer web sites.
  • Q: What is Flash and why is it so important?
  • A: The video interface and chat system require Flash to function properly. You can install it free from Adobe.com
  • Q: Why does Javascript need to be enabled?
  • A: We use advanced browser features to enhance the user experience. If you experiencing difficulties, use our InstaCare service at, 877-225-8596.
  • Q: Why do I have to enable Cookies?
  • A: Cookies are used to identify you and your previous visit to InstaCare™
  • Q:What does "Port Unreachable" mean?
  • A: If the equipment check has told you that a port is unreachable, you are likely behind a firewall and will need to allow an exception for those ports. If you use a router, you may also need to set up port forwarding from those ports to your computer.
